Gifts You Can Actually Gift
Often when I look at lists of unique gift giving ideas I think “these are too unique.” I mean, how do you justify giving someone cat eye sunglasses, or a jello mold out of the blue? I think you would look like a crazy person. I certainly would feel like one.
Today, I stumbled upon a list that I didn’t think was half-bad. I might actually use some of them for the holidays (67 days until Christmas people – INSERT CURSE WORD HERE). I compiled my favorites below. All of the photos and links come from the original post by DODO Burd.
Who would appreciate this? A woman who has been going through a rough year. Perhaps they recently broke up with someone, or lost a loved one.
Who would appreciate this? Same as above. Although, I think this one is a bit more intense. Probably bet for your crazy hippy aunt, or spiritual grandmother.
This is a good gift for travel-lovers, coffee-haters, busy bees, or tea fanatics. You could gift it to someone who recently started a new job, or big project and include a note referencing how this will help them harness the energy to get through it and/or do their best.
Who would appreciate this? Honda owners. Seriously, my Accord is alwasy telling me the tire pressure is low. If I had this thing handy I wouldn’t have to search the couch for quarters for the air pump.
Any child of the me generation would appreciate this. Give this to someone who is always cooking, or trying to cook in the kitchen. They can pull up the receipe and listen to music without loosing their battery.
Anyone who does outdoor activities needs one of these. If they are anything like Austin and I they probably go through several devices like this a year. This one is also a charger though, which is pretty cool.
Who would appreciate this? A health freak. Only a health freak.
I don’t know how to appropriately title this, so “help me find important thing gadget” will have to do. Click the link to read more about it. I wonder if this would work for dogs, or cars?
Perfect for recent college graduates, people who hate their job, party goers, liquor lovers, the popular host or hostess …. It is worth mentioning that it looks like this taks some intense hardware. It is probably best for people who own their home and can, therefore, put as many holes in the wall as they would like.
Obviously good for writers, but this is a good way to stay busy and would be an appropriate gift for people with a long commute via public transportation, or someone getting ready to go on a long trip.
